Should I get my partner matching bracelets if he doesn't like wearing rings?

This Valentine's Day, I plan to get my boyfriend something nice. I want to make it a special week for us with cute dates and gifts. I've been thinking about getting matching promise rings, but I don't want to fuss him with a ring. I've been looking for suitable alternatives, and name bracelets are excellent.
