Standard Warranty Coverage

In the rare event that your jewelry is damaged, rest assured, every piece (including all materials: gold, diamond pieces, silver, gold plated, and rose gold plated items) is covered by a 2-year warranty. We’ll repair or replace any item with a material or manufacturing defect within two years of purchase.

What’s Covered:
  • Manufacturing defects and faults in materials or craftsmanship
  • Broken clasps, chains, or settings
  • Loose or missing birthstones (not due to impact)
  • Structural flaws from production errors
  • Missing or incorrect engraving (as originally specified)
What’s Not Covered:
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches)
  • Lost or stolen pieces
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Water or chemical exposure from not following care guidelines

Repairs, Replacements & What to Expect

If your item experiences a covered issue during the warranty period, we’ll make it right. Options include:

  • Complimentary repair
  • Replacement with the same or a comparable item
  • Store credit
Processing:
  • Claims are reviewed within 7 business days
  • Approved cases will receive return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable

How to Submit a Claim?

  • Go to our Customer Support Page
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Our team will assess your claim and respond with next steps

If you open a warranty claim, please submit all required information within 2 weeks. If we do not receive the necessary details within this timeframe, we won’t be able to process your claim. Additionally, if you reach out again after the warranty period has expired, we will not be able to honor the warranty.
