Please contact us when wanting to add your engraving in which we will ask you to send back your jewellery piece, we will add the additional engraving and send it back to you within 20 days.
It covers:
_Adding up to 2 engravings within the next 2 years from your purchase date.
- All Standard Warranty Conditions:
- Damaged Pendant
- Damaged Chain
- Stone Repair: replacement or fixes
- Tarnished jewellery
- Not including lost or stolen cases
- 2 year warranty on your jewel from purchase date.
