I was expecting this necklace to be so beautiful for the price I paid for it.  It was a surprise when I opened it and I could not wait to wear it.  So many compliments.  The engraving of the names were perfect.

I was wondering if the letters I choose were MOMMY, now are they supposed to be on the balance charm?

I ordered the link chain, I had to keep clicking the button apparently it did not stay and the regular chian was ordered. I really don't like the regular chain, I want the link chain, I had also clicked for future beads and that was not clicked either. I have had problems with getting emails and got the email yo make changes on the day i got my necklace. I have emailed with no response. How can you help me with this? I absolutely love my beads! I would love the link or paper clip style chain.

The necklace was beautiful and it contained all the names of my grandchildren. I wear it proudly.
