My first necklace I misspelled one name . You corrected it and sent a new one at no charge. Pretty impressive

The product seemed larger on the web site (assuming enlarged to enhance detail). With my selection of four names / charms it seems like there will always be aa charm that will be hidden from view & need to be moved in order to see.
