What's the difference between gold plating, gold vermeil and solid gold?

Gold plating is a coat of 18K gold over 925 sterling silver. Gold vermeil uses a similar technique but contains 5 times more gold than regular gold plated pieces. This makes it a high-quality, durable, and affordable alternative to solid gold pieces. However, if you're planning on wearing your piece 24/7, or taking it to the beach or swimming pool, we recommend choosing the solid gold option.

I need to add a longer inscription with more than 9 characters. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, no. For durability, this design only allows for up to 9 characters. However, the following name necklaces do allow for longer inscriptions: The Cable Chain Script Name Necklace - with up to 10 characters; The Two Capital name necklace - with up to 12 characters.

I want my name necklace to have 2 capital letters. Is that possible?

Yes. The Two Capital Letters name necklace allows for 2 capital letters.

Can I add accents to my inscription?

Yes. Simply type them into the inscription box as usual.

Can I make any special requests when I order? (Like an extra character, a different chain length, an extra capital letter, etc.)
