I need to add an inscription with more than 9 characters. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, no. The Infinity Name necklace design only allows for up to 9 characters per inscription.

What's the difference between gold plating, gold vermeil, and solid gold?

Gold plating is a coat of 18K gold over 925 sterling silver. Gold vermeil uses a similar technique but contains five times more gold than regular gold-plated pieces, making it a high-quality, durable, and affordable alternative to solid gold. For 24/7 wear or exposure to water, we recommend choosing the solid gold option.

Which special characters can be added as an engraving?

In addition to English letters, numbers, and accented letters are also possible.

Will the engraving arrive as shown in the photo?

Yes, the jewelry arrives as shown, and the first letter is capitalized. Check out our font preview.

How do I know which chain length to choose?
